Healing Beyond the Symptoms
Entrepreneurship is about solving problems.
For Dr. Brandon and Dr. Sarah Washatka, that problem wasn't simply how to open another medical practice—it was how to rethink the way healthcare is delivered.
In this episode of The Back Office, Dalayna sits down with the founders of Longevity Effect, an integrative medical clinic in Tulsa that combines conventional medicine with functional medicine, chiropractic care, regenerative therapies, and innovative wellness treatments. Together, they share the journey that led them from collegiate athletics, education, medical school, and chiropractic training to building a practice centered on helping patients heal from the inside out.
The conversation explores what it takes to introduce new ideas in healthcare, earn patients' trust, lead a growing team, and balance marriage with entrepreneurship. Along the way, Dr. Brandon and Dr. Sarah reflect on the lessons they've learned about leadership, innovation, and building something meaningful together.
Whether you're a business owner, healthcare professional, or someone passionate about creating lasting impact, this episode is full of practical wisdom and encouragement for anyone building something that matters.
No one has it figured out. But we are building anyways.
