Become a Signify Creator
Create. Collaborate. Grow.
You don’t need thousands of followers to be a great creator.
Signify Creators is a curated network of independent content creators who work alongside Signify Marketing to create fresh, engaging content for brands, businesses, events and the Signify platforms.
We’re bringing together creators with different personalities, perspectives, interests and life experiences because great content isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Different audiences connect with different people.
That’s the point.
Whether you love being in front of the camera, capturing experiences, editing videos or finding creative ways to tell a story, there may be a place for you within Signify Creators.
This Isn’t an Influencer Program
Your follower count is not what gets you into Signify Creators. We’re interested in your ability to create. Signify Creators are people who can help businesses connect authentically with their audiences through relatable, engaging content. You may appear on camera. You may visit a local business. You may experience a product or service. You may cover an event. You may help tell a story. But you do not need an established audience or large social following. The content is the value.
What Signify Brings to the Partnership
We want creators to be able to focus on being creative. Signify handles the business side. That includes:
Creative Direction
We’ll help establish the goals, audience, message and direction for each project so you aren’t left guessing what the client wants.
Feedback & Development
We’ll provide project feedback and help creators continue improving their skills.
Clear Expectations
Deliverables, deadlines and compensation are established before you accept an opportunity.
Community
You’ll become part of a network of other creative people you can meet, collaborate with and learn from.
Client Communication
Every project is different. We stay flexible and responsive to make sure the process fits your flow—not the other way around.
Creator Protection
We want creators to be treated professionally, compensated appropriately and protected from unclear or constantly changing expectations.
Who We’re Looking For
You might be a great Signify Creator if you:
Genuinely enjoy creating content
Have experience creating or editing videos and/or photography
Are comfortable being on camera
Have access to a phone with a high-quality camera
Can follow creative direction while still bringing your own personality to the content
Communicate well
Meet deadlines
Are open to feedback and coaching
Take commitments seriously
Want to collaborate with other creative people
Professional camera equipment is not required. A huge social following is not required. A marketing degree is definitely not required. Creativity, reliability and a willingness to grow matter much more.

Experience matters—but perfection doesn’t.
We’re looking for people who already enjoy creating and can show us examples of work they’ve produced.
You do not need to be a professional creator.
Some creators may enter the network with significant experience. Others may have natural ability and potential that can be developed with coaching and feedback.
What matters most is that you demonstrate creativity, reliability and a willingness to learn.
-
Being part of Signify Creators comes with creative freedom—but also professional responsibility.
When you claim an opportunity, Signify and our client are counting on you.
Creators are expected to:
Communicate promptly and professionally
Follow the provided creative direction
Meet agreed-upon deadlines
Deliver work that reflects Signify’s quality standards
Communicate immediately if an unexpected issue arises
Receive feedback professionally
Complete reasonable revisions when necessary
Represent Signify and our clients appropriately while participating in projects
Repeated missed deadlines, incomplete projects, poor communication or failure to meet quality expectations may result in fewer opportunities or removal from the Signify Creators network.
-
Signify Creators are independent creators, not employees of Signify Marketing.
You are free to create content, freelance and work with other businesses outside the program.
You are also always free to decline a Signify opportunity.
For projects and client relationships introduced through Signify, however, the business relationship remains managed through Signify Marketing. This allows us to protect both the creator and the client while maintaining the structure that makes the network possible.
Specific terms will be included in the Signify Creator Agreement.
-
For paid projects, final content is typically created for and owned by the client receiving the work.
Creators may generally include approved work in their portfolio, and Signify may showcase work produced through the Signify Creators program.
Project-specific requirements will always be communicated when necessary.
